Terms of Service

ClickBase Portal is provided by ClickBase Media to its clients as part of their marketing services. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Access

The portal is invite-only. Keep your email account secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. Don’t share your access with people outside your business.

Your content

Content, footage, ideas and data you provide remain yours. You give us permission to use them to deliver the services we’ve agreed on.

Connected accounts

If you connect marketing accounts (such as Google Analytics, Search Console or Meta), we use read-only access to display your results in the portal, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but numbers from third-party platforms can be delayed or revised by those platforms. The portal is provided “as is”, and our responsibilities to you are set out in your service agreement with ClickBase Media.

Changes and ending access

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Access ends when your services with ClickBase Media end, or if the portal is misused.
