Privacy Policy

ClickBase Portal is a private client portal run by ClickBase Media (“we”). It lets our clients see their content, leads and marketing results, and lets us manage the work we do for them. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: the name and email address of each person we invite to the portal.
• Work content: content ideas, videos, images, requests, messages and leads that we or our clients add to the portal.
• Connected marketing accounts: when a client authorizes it, read-only reporting data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console (for example visits, impressions and clicks by date and traffic source), and similar reporting data from Meta.

How we use Google data

We request read-only access (analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly) only to show a client their own website and search performance inside their portal. We store daily totals, not personal information about website visitors. We never change anything in a connected account.

ClickBase Portal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone other than the client it belongs to. We do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

How we protect it

• Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted and only used by our servers.
• Each client can only see their own data. Access rules are enforced in the database.
• Data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel) in the United States.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We only share data with the service providers that run the portal (hosting, database, email delivery) so it can work.

Your choices

• You can disconnect a Google account at any time from your Google Account’s security settings (“Third-party apps with account access”), or ask us to disconnect it.
• You can ask us to delete your portal account and the data we hold for you by emailing us. We delete connected-account data when it is disconnected or when the client relationship ends.
